1. บทนำ

แอปพลิเคชัน KSN Scanner ("เรา") ให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดกับความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลผู้ใช้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่ออธิบายการจัดการข้อมูล สิทธิ์การเข้าถึง และความปลอดภัยเมื่อท่านใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันของเรา

2. ข้อมูลและการอนุญาตที่แอปพลิเคชันใช้งาน (Permissions)

กล้องถ่ายรูปและคลังภาพ (Camera & Photo Library): แอปขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงเพื่อถ่ายภาพเอกสารหรือเลือกรูปภาพที่ท่านต้องการแปลงเป็นเอกสาร PDF การประมวลผลรูปภาพทั้งหมดเกิดขึ้น ภายในอุปกรณ์ของท่าน (On-device processing) ไม่มีการอัปโหลดรูปภาพไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ภายนอกของนักพัฒนา
พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล (Storage): ใช้สำหรับบันทึกและจัดการไฟล์เอกสาร PDF ที่สร้างขึ้นภายในอุปกรณ์ของท่าน

3. การเชื่อมต่อกับบริการภายนอก (Third-Party Services)

Google Sign-In & Google Drive API: หากท่านเลือกใช้ฟังก์ชันสำรองข้อมูลหรือส่งออกไปยัง Google Drive แอปจะขอสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงขอบเขต drive.file และ email เพื่ออัปโหลดไฟล์ PDF ไปยังโฟลเดอร์ Google Drive ของท่านโดยตรง เราไม่มีการเข้าถึงไฟล์อื่นในไดรฟ์ของท่าน และไม่มีการคัดลอก ส่งต่อ หรือขายข้อมูลบัญชี Google ของท่าน
การใช้งานและการโอนย้ายข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google APIs ของแอปพลิเคชัน KSN Scanner สอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนด Google API Services User Data Policy รวมถึงข้อกำหนดการใช้งานอย่างจำกัด (Limited Use Requirements)

4. การแชร์และการเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราไม่มีนโยบายขาย ให้เช่า หรือแชร์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือไฟล์เอกสารของผู้ใช้กับบุคคลภายนอก เอกสารทั้งหมดเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้แต่เพียงผู้เดียว การส่งหรือแชร์ไฟล์ใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในแอปเป็นการกระทำโดยเจตนาของผู้ใช้เองผ่าน Share Sheet ของระบบ หรือฟังก์ชันอัปโหลดที่ผู้ใช้กำหนดค่าเอง

5. การจัดเก็บและการลบข้อมูล (Data Retention & Deletion)

ข้อมูลในเครื่อง: ท่านสามารถลบไฟล์เอกสาร PDF หรือรูปภาพได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านหน้าประวัติในแอป หรือลบได้โดยการล้างแคช/ข้อมูลแอป หรือถอนการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน
ข้อมูลบน Google Drive: ท่านสามารถจัดการและลบไฟล์เอกสารที่อัปโหลด หรือยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อสิทธิ์ของแอปได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านการตั้งค่าบัญชี Google ของท่าน
ไฟล์ที่แชร์ไปยังแอปอื่น: ทางเราไม่มีอำนาจในการลบหรือเรียกคืนไฟล์ที่ท่านได้แชร์ออกไปยังแอปพลิเคชันอื่นแล้ว กรุณาติดต่อแอปปลายทางโดยตรงหากต้องการลบข้อมูลดังกล่าว

1. Introduction

KSN Scanner ("we", "our", or "the app") respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles your data, permissions, and security when you use our mobile scanner application.

2. Permissions and Data Handling

Camera & Photos: The app requires access to your camera and gallery strictly for taking photos of documents or selecting images you choose to convert into PDF files. All document generation and processing are performed entirely on your local device (On-device).
Local Storage: Used solely to save, view, and organize your scanned PDF documents on your device.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Google Sign-In & Google Drive API: If you use the cloud backup feature, KSN Scanner uses Google OAuth scopes (drive.file and email) solely to upload your selected PDF files directly into your personal Google Drive storage. We do not access, view, or modify any other files in your Google Drive, nor do we store or transfer your Google credentials.
KSN Scanner's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Play Billing: For KSN Scanner Pro subscriptions, all payment transactions are handled securely by Google Play In-App Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
File Sharing (System Share Sheet): You may share your generated PDF files — individually or as a batch — to other apps via your device's native Share Sheet (e.g., Gmail, LINE, WhatsApp, AirDrop, etc.). This action is entirely user-initiated. Once a file is shared, it is governed solely by the privacy policy of the receiving application. We do not access or track your document content after it has been shared.
FTP / REST API Upload: The app provides an optional feature to upload documents to an FTP server or REST API endpoint that you configure yourself. Only the PDF file(s) you explicitly select are transmitted to the endpoint you specify. We do not store server credentials insecurely and have no access to or control over your self-configured destination server.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or document files with third parties. Your documents remain entirely your own. Any file transfer or sharing that occurs within the app is entirely user-initiated — either via the system Share Sheet or an upload destination configured by you.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Files: You can delete any scanned document directly inside the app, or remove all data by uninstalling the application.
Google Drive Files: You can delete your uploaded documents or revoke app permissions at any time via your Google Account security settings.
Shared Files: We are unable to delete or recall files that you have already shared to external applications. Please contact the receiving app directly if you wish to remove such content.
